This is as close as I can get to Johnny Carino's dish. The real thing uses tilapia but I couldn't find tilapia in the database. It also calls for 1 T. green olives, but the system wouldn't recognize green olives. Also add about 10 capers and you'll have it!

Recipe Ingredients for 1574 Salvatore's Fish Positano

2 oz. red snapper, grilled
1 T. black olives, chopped
1 T. olives, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 c. white wine
2 T. lemon juice
3 oz. angel hair pasta, boiled and drained

Recipe Directions for 1574 Salvatore's Fish Positano

  1. Grill the tilapia (or any white fish) in pam.

  2. Toss in the next 3 ingredients.

  3. Add the wine and when the alcohol is burned off, add the lemon juice.

  4. Serve over pasta.
