17 Day Diet Chick-Vegetable Soup

Recipe Ingredients for 17 Day Diet Chicken-Vegetable Soup

1/2 cup, shredded Cabbage
1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots
1 cup slices Okra
1 large Onions
2 stalks Celery
15 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
14 oz Soup, Chicken Broth
1.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.4 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for 17 Day Diet Chicken-Vegetable Soup

Place all ingredients except chicken, in a large pan and simmer forone hour or until vegatables are soft. Add in chicken and heat thorughly. Enjoy this soup for lunch or dinner makes four servings. NOTE: I bake the chicken for 30 minutes to ensure that it is cooked prior to adding to the soup.
