1/4 cup Baking Blend
1 egg
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp cocoa powder (choose the unsweeetened cocoa powder)
2 tbsp half and half
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking powder
