baked chicken breast (skinless & boneless) 5 oz. per serving

Ingredients
4 1/2 pounds skinless chicken breast
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lawry's tenderizer
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil.

  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a large baking dish. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or till cooked through.
