20 Minute Yummy Low Fat and Low Cal Taco Vegetable Soup Recipe

This is a very yummy lo-cal and lo fat vegetable soup. You can add meat to it or other items, but this really hits the spot and fills you up without filling you out. You can also add more vegetables like tomatoes if you want.

Ingredients
907 g mixed vegetables (2 pound bag frozen)
35 g taco seasoning (1 packet taco seasoning mix)
411 g diced new potatoes (1 14 1/2 oz can diced new potatoes)
Directions
  1. Put frozen vegetables and diced potatoes in a large kettle. Add 1 packet taco seasoning. Add approximately 8 or 10 cups of water. Bring to a boil and boil until vegetables are done.

  2. If you like, you can add turkey sausage or turkey pepperoni for a little protein.
