Recipe Ingredients for 5 Element Smoothie

42 g lemon
1 dash of cayenne
1/4 tsp salt
2 tblsp flax seeds
1/4 c water
1 oz spinach
72 g strawberries
140 g nectarine

Recipe Directions for 5 Element Smoothie

Place all ingredients, except fruit (strawberries, nectarine (whatever sweet fruit used for smoothie)), in blender. Blend very well. Add fruit and blend just until it is incorporated. Not blending the fruit too much will save some nutrients from oxidizing. It can also be blended all at once if you prefer. The smoothie should be drunk immediately.
