and then after i went out and came back home i had a small roll of wine gums, a mini pack of minieggs, 4 rolls of mentos and a big golden alps chocolate bar and some honey peanut butter!

It sounds like you ate like that because you restricted so much.
You need to eat more during the day.

How many calories do you eat in a day? Stats?
It dosen't even look like you even ate 1,000 calories
Calm down.

no that's deffinately more then 1000cal

but you sound like you have been restricting too much.. when you starve, your body WILL eventually rebel.

up your calories and lose weight the healthy way or you are digging yourself into a deep hole... eh hmm the binge/restrict cycle, its not fun and very deterimental to your physical and mental health

Maybe this is blasphemy, but here goes.

It's OK to binge or cheat once in a while.  Just get back up on the horse the next day and start again.

It's a long haul.  In my case, it took me 8 years of bad eating habits to add the 80 or so extra LBs that I'm carting around.  I can't expect to lose it in a short period of time.  I've got to make permanent lifestyle changes for this to work out.

A friend of mine has dropped 40 lbs and has kept it off for over a year.  He told me that he would actually lose weight faster if he "cheated" once a week or so.  He couldn't really tell me why, it was just his personal experience.   Maybe a little cheating helps the old metabolism, I have no idea?

Anyway, I'm done babbling...good luck to you!

A yogurt and grapes is not enough to satisfy and fuel your body after starving for 10 hours (sleeping). Eat a larger breakfast. Have toast, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, cottage cheese, etc. I guarantee if you make breakfast your largest meal of the day, you will be less likely to binge/overeat throughout the day because your tummy is working from a full tank. :)
