Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has the ab circle pro and can give some input on it and how well it works. I've only been on this site for about a month, and it has helped me with counting calories alot. I combined that with working out and have already lost almost 20lbs. I recently placed an order for the ab circle pro and will hopefully be getting it in the next week or so. It seems like such a great idea if you want to work out your abs. I haven't been able to find to may reviews about it so thought I would post it here and see if anyone using this site has used this product. Well if not then I will be posting my own comment about a week or so after I get it to let those who are interested in it know how I feel about it. It may help others make a decision. Well I hope to get some comments about this product. Good luck to all on there goals, and whatever you do don't give up.
Hi,
It's a bit unclear as some say it's 275 and some say it's 300. The ab circle pro website is unclear on this point.
I learned this from this Ab Circle Pro Review which has more information on this machine.
I'd go with 275 just to be safe.
Alex
Hi pangelrp, Saw your post about getting an Ab Circle. How did it work out? Do you like it? Does it help you lose weight, and if so, how often do you use it for the amount of weight loss? I'm thinking of ordering one. Thanks for any info.

Suzanne Sommers just shed a tear, that bounced off her rock hard 'thigh master' thighs. ;)
I have bought the pull up/push up bar which apparently is sold on TV but whatevs..its a bar and it serves its purpose. I am also sure that some of my equipment in my gym at home have been sold on TV, such as the treadmill, stability ball adjustable dumbells...etc...but again..whatevs. It's the gimmicky stuff that is well, gimmicky. If it seems to good to be true, then it's a safe bet..it is.
Is jump roping as good an exercise as running?
