yep.

now if I can only make myself do it. lol

XD
You use the core of your body to hold yourself up right. You can do a low strength training on your abs. I started off with a low ab work out daily.' 3 sets 15 reps. You can start off like that. With a low ab workout.

Now i am doing 2 ab workouts a day for the april abs (Slappy's challange). 5 sets of  25 making it 125 on my abs 2 times a day..

You use them muscles in your tummy every day. You use them when you stand up. When you walk. When you dance. When you sit down. The core part of your body is always working. That is why people tell you if you start with your Core Like a core workout. You become more stronger and blanced.

So yes you can work your abs every day. You just have to pick the right work out for the abs.
what exercises are you doing?
R u asking me..
I do 100-200 bicycle crunches... way better than reverse crunches because you don't go all the way back down and it really works your obliques. And about 80-100 leg lifts for the lower abs. I do this every night before bed. Works awesome.
Add 5 to 10 or even 20 pounds of ankel weights to that and see how you like it. You get the things and the abs all at the same time. Doing the bicycle crunches.
The best ab workout is the 4-count crunch.

Lay on your back with your feet six inches off the ground an a medicine ball/light weight in your hands above your head. Contract your abs to bring your feet up to a 90 degree angle (bottoms of your feet to the the cieling) (first count). Take the weight and lean forward and try to touch your toes with it (second count). Bring the weight back down to the floor above your head (third count). Finish by bring your legs back to 6 inches above the ground (fourth count).

It's definitly the best, most effective, and most evil ab workout I've ever done.
