Will I still be able to maintain if

I stop walking for 30 to 60 minutes everyday and stop taking these cinnamon+chromium supplements?

I generally average about 1600 calories a day or so eating whatever I want every time I'm hungry.

I'm told I can have up to 2016 without exercising and just doing a general teenage nothing, but I question it as a recovering victim of anorexia.

Please help, I want to be a normal kid again.

2000 cals a day is the amount of nourishment needed by the typical adult female (over 21).... If you're a teenager, you're probably looking at 2200 or more because the energy needs of a younger, growing body are slightly more than those of a full-grown adult.

1600 cals a day is a weight-loss amount for most people.  Supplements make no difference to your weight so dropping those won't do you any harm.  Walking is quite gentle exercise and I'm sure that even doing 'general teenage nothing' is just as active.

All this assumes that you're now at a healthy weight (BMI 20 minimum for anorexia recoverers).... If not, the target is 2500-3000 to keep gainiing.  Being a 'normal kid' when you've had something like an eating disorder is difficult... needs quite a lot of effort in the early days but once you get out of your old habits and into some healthy new ones you should find it gets a lot easier.

Good luck
