will I be able to survive within an oven?

I need to lose weight asap!  I figure I can use my oven like a sauna to lose some water weight.  Is this healthy?

Especially if you sit with an apple in your mouth and a stem of rosemary in each hand.

Is it electric or gas?  Convection or steam?  I need more details before I can give you advice.
