I was wondering if anyone read the abs diet and if so what they thought of it.

I actually just finished reading it....Tryign my best to incorporate this 6 meal a day thing with the power foods, however I havent started the exercises yet...It was a very informative and well written book. I enjoyed it and learned a lot!  Recommed it for sure...I purchased the one that was specific to womens needs!
it's good to hear me and hubby bought the regular abs diet...i'm getting the womens one when we are done reading the regular one....but the little i read was very inofrmative...really doesnt sound like a diet...it sounds more like an educational process for a healthier way of eating....thanks for the info!

I'm in week 2 of it. I really like it so far. I wouldn't compare it to south beach diet at all. It's just a sensible way of eating and you combine workout with it. I read the original one and it just doesn't add the info about osteop., post PPD, etc....

I love the workouts. Highly suggest buying the DVD.  See if your library has them first so you can see if you like it or not.
