Hey everyone, first post, just had a quick question, i have been using an 'Ab Chair' for my work out and i noticed today it didnt hurt when i did it, is this normal? Because i want to continue to loose weight and if it isnt working then i dont want to waist time doing it when i can do other excersizes
Hi!
If you are trying to lose weight, abs are probably not the best way to go. Read around some of the threads in the fitness forum and you'll get a much better idea than I could give you. Good luck and welcome to the forums!
I've never used an ab chair, but i'd suggest switching up the number of abs you do, or whatever they suggest to intensify the workout. Also, don't just do abs, you do need cardio, and even weights to help with overall weight loss and getting those abs.
Well what i was doing [before i got sick] was i would go for really long walks at night time, usually an hour to an hour and fiftteen minutes, use the ab chair, and every other day do kick boxing for 20 minutes. also eat health and everything like that. It has only been recently that i have got this stupid cold that everyone in my school has gotten and i havent been able to do anything really. but would you say thats a good work out? and i would do the walk and ab chair every day and the kick boxing every other.
