ABS!! LOVE HANDLES

i have been doing tons of cardio lately almost 2 1'2 hours daily. i undertsand you cant spot reduce but i ddeff need to tone up my stomache and love handles and fast. any suggestions

kk well i do 100 sit ups and 200 crunches n my croos crunch every night n i have rock hard abs
the best way to loose and tone up love handles is to do cardio and oblique crunches (do a normal crunch, then twist to the side) about 25 of those for 3 sets is good.

Or you could just go to the gym and workout with some ab resistence training exercises. Remember when doing sit-ups, practice makes perfect isn't always right, but perfect practice makes perfect. So if you were to do 100 sit-ups that weren't very good. it won't help you as well as 50 perfect sit-ups. In other words, slow sit-ups are better.
Omg how long have you been doing those sit ups and crunches alisha? And congrats on the 90lbs off! That's amazing! Btw: I'm the same age as you.
