The thing or things that if you eat, it's going to be a downhill slide into the fat barn for the rest of the day?


I have a couple things that if I indulge just one bite, I can't stop myself. Nilla Cakesters. I told my boyfriend that they taste like happiness. But for 330 (empty) calories, it's just too much.

My others are sugar cookies, peanut brittle (my boss brought in a box and put it in the common food area today...I'm trying so hard to resit!), and french fries.

Ahh, french fries....

I am surprised that so many of the replies are salty,crunchy,and savory. I was expecting it to be 90% chocolate,cakes and candy.


I too have a weakness with chips (Cheetos, Ruffles and dip, Doritos and salsa)and dip and bread and butter. I used to make bread,rolls,Texas toast etc at every meal. I have a bowl of candy I keep on a table in my family room and I never touch it. Ever. It's filled with good chocolates but if it was a bowl of Cheetos or Doritos, mine hand would be in it every time I walked past.

well i would have to say pizza. At my heaviest I could have eaten 3 slices and like 3 cheese sticks. Cant go back to that:)...Also tostitos, i know that some can be kind of healthy but i could never find the strength to stop at just one serving.

I let myself indulge in a cookie everynow and then.

Cinnabon. I used to buy the home packs.  It's the only food in the mall I have a hard time saying no too.  Luckily the Willow Grove Mall doesn't have one and if the King of Prussia Mall has one I can't find it.  Thank God.

For me it's french fries. That's why I haven't had a single  french frie since august 2007. ( about a year and a half !!!) Even though it's been so long, I STILL crave them every time I smell them. i wish i could give up cookies just as easily.

Cereal, cereal . . . . CEREAL!  I spent New Years in Chicago and practically inhaled a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Quaker Cinamon Life in 4 days!

Back home Special K, Fruit n Fibre, Just Right and Curiously Cinnamon are the usual suspects.  I am okay with it in a sealed box in the cupboard, but as soon as it is open and I take a bite it is a ticking time bomb that does take more than a few seconds to go BANG!

Damn you Kelloggs!!!!!!!!!

ha ha, i'm really in denial. i should have added  CEREAL! i just counted 8 boxes of cereal all lined up in the kitchen pantry. i can inhale a whole box of any kind in no time. i will never give up cereal.. EVER!

Cereal, but only if it's late evening!

Spaghetti bolognaise and pasta in general. I actually physically can't eat normal portions of the stuff, and can easily consume 1200+ calories in one sitting :/

Cereal, definitely. I used to eat it twice a day, and now I really have to accept the fact that I can't eat it, because it never fills me up so it's not worth the calories for one serving. I could easily eat a half a box to a whole box in a sitting.

as many have said: cereal.  It's my absolute favorite food over everything, and I never allow myself to have it :(

 

Also, hummus.  There is no amount of hummus that I could eat and then happily say "That was enough."   I've eaten huge tubs with nothing but a spoon before.  Now i have to buy little Sabre cups one at a time.

Particularly chocolate (good quality), Ice cream of any kind, swiss rolls and bear paws...

OH and also bread... freshly baked, all mushy and warm from the oven... mmmmmm!!!

 

potato chips, Cheez-its, French fries, macaroni & cheese, nuts

oooh yeah

mac and cheese... a killer

One last things, anything you can drink with a straw (smoothies, iced capps, milkshakes!!)

Ice cream tubs, even if I get the low sugar low calorie kind, its still a 1/2 cup for a serving and I just keep going back for more and more, it just doesnt stop. The need to come up with low sugar ice cream cups!

Also fat free pringles, 70 calories for 15 chips not bad, but I will devour the whole canister in a day!

French fries, Mexican food, and anything that's chocolaty and/or peanut buttery.

salted cashews, they are so good yet so addictive. i have absolutely no portion control. i crave salty things so tortilla chips and french fries are potential to be dangerous. also peanut butter
