What is your absolute red light food?
The thing or things that if you eat, it's going to be a downhill slide into the fat barn for the rest of the day?
I have a couple things that if I indulge just one bite, I can't stop myself. Nilla Cakesters. I told my boyfriend that they taste like happiness. But for 330 (empty) calories, it's just too much.
My others are sugar cookies, peanut brittle (my boss brought in a box and put it in the common food area today...I'm trying so hard to resit!), and french fries.

Hmm... red light foods eh? Corn pops, captain crunch, dill pickle ruffle chips, teddy grahams, cheetos, chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon toast crunch and any type of baked good/pastry ... AAHHH!
Wine, or any kind of alcoholic beverage, because as time goes by, I get the munchies...which usually is either potato chips or chocolate.

cheeseburgers
Clodhoppers; salty, crunchy, chocolate-covered graham.
And sour patch kids; when I was a kid I ate those until I got canker sores. :O
I haven't had either for a long time.

AMEN! I totally agree! One little taste and I can't stop.
Also: ice cream, cereal, crackers, chips, cookies (basically anything in a big bag/box), candy corn, jelly beans, chocolate.....anything sweet really. <--Only if iIm by myself though. Otherwise, I have some self control.
Peanut butter... and chocolate. Dove, specificially. But if given the choice, I'd eat a jar of peanut butter!... God help us all if I'm ravenous and in "I don't give a flying squirrel about my diet" mode and someone puts a reese's big cup in front of my face.
Also, M&M's. I could eat a pound of those like it was nobody's business back when I was 180lbs+
Hmm. I don't really have one. I just figure out how many calories are in something, and how much sugar/fat is in something, then think about whether it's worth it. If it is, I factor it into my 1450 calories a day diet. If it's not, I don't touch it.
That said, I used to be able to eat these things alllll day long:
Fritos
Choc-chip cookie dough
Dried fruit
Nuts
Chocolate
Peanut M & M's
Apart from the dried fruit and nuts (I do love them so), the things up there make me want to chuck nowadays. I prefer my cabbage thanks :)
Milk chocolate, biscuits, cake or icecream will cause a major landslide in my day.
