In my opinion, all these cleansers and magic juices and berries are total scams. Anyone who tells you that weight loss can be "quick and easy" and without any sacrifice is robbing you.

If you want to cleanse your system, eat healthy foods. Vegetables. Fruits. But don't pay $50 for capsules and energy drinks that promise you miracles. There's nothing magic about them.

They are about as good for weight loss as magic beans or pixie dust.

Don't waste your money.  Eat less and move more - it's the only thing that does actually work

Good luck

I get sambazon, available at health food stores... but I don't get it because it 'does' anything for me, it just tastes good.

All berries are fabulous to eat. They provide nutrients that other fruits may not have. I am not experienced with acai, besides the fact I eat them occasionally and I love it. But, Goji, if you actually eat the dried berries, made me gain weight believe it or not.

I've posted this before, but the sites that sell that stuff are full of scams. If you absolutely must try a shortcut, magic bean solution like that, be very aware of what you are signing up for before you buy online or over the phone. I deal with people all the time who end up with strange charges to their credit or debit card after buying stuff like the acai berry or teeth whiteners, etc.
