My Acai Burn pills....WHAT?!

It dosen't specifie when I should be taing these pills. i just ordered them about a week ago, and I started them today. I have a new excersize plan and everything, but it dosen't sya the time frame between actualy taking the pills.

I took one this morning, but i'm not sure when I should have/take the other one.

A suggestion maybe.. How many pills are there? If there are 30 its probably a one-a-day/ month supply. 60? Two-a-day/ Month supply. Eat on a full stomach or with food most likely..

But just a comment... If there was a magic pill that made people lose weight without dieting.. AKA Acai Burn pills, don't you think it would be a bigger phenomenon than it actually is, especially in the United States: A guaranteed cure for obesity......?? I think most of these pills might have a placebo effect.... like.... making you eat less when you're on them ... or exercise more....

 The pills just make you less hungry, and give you more energy.

My goal weight is 120lbs, and I weight 200lbs right now.

I still don't know when to take them...like, time of day...

I would say one of two scenarios. Either first thing in the morning and after supper....

Or

One with breakfast one with supper.

Im sure TIME specifically doesnt matter (6AM, 6PM). Food would probably factor in more... like they work better on a full stomach vs an empty one....

Havent tried them so I cant be of much more help, sorry!

Is there an info or help number you could call on the package?

I saw your post earlier today but decided against responding because I assumed someone else would post what I wanted to say, unfortunately no one has yet so here it goes...

This is a scam. There are hundreds of threads here on CC that talk about it and a quick search online will render the same results - it is a SCAM.

Please do yourself a favor and change your weight loss approach. You can start by getting rid of those caps/pills. Yes, they say they have acai berry 'whatever' in them but do you really know what is in them??? It baffles that anyone would play with their health by taking such a risk as ordering random pills online...

I hope you reconsider this...

My guess - if it doesn't at least tell you when you should be taking the pills, then you probably shouldn't be taking them.  I received so many e-mails about this little magic pill that I finally decided to order it just to give it a try.  I almost did but there was no phone number, address, etc.  Now, how would I be able to cancel my subscription ?????  I shouldn't have to go through my bank to stop receiving something I no longer want.

My opinion on taking diet pills  -    Most pills require you to change your eating habbits and physical activity.  You are doing that now.  Pills just add adverse side effects to the equation.  Why take something possibly unhealthy, if you are trying to get healthy?  When you realize that weight loss isn't a quick fix, you'll get better results simply b/c you'll know what you are up against.  You'll be more appreciative of small changes instead of getting down on yourself and feeling that it isn't enough.  Just remember that any progress big or small is still progress and all change isn't good change.

Just my opinion  -  good luck in whatever you do.

I checked out your profile and noticed that you are only 13 years old. You really have no business taking any kind of diet supplements/pills/etc. at your age. Obviously someone had to have ordered them for you, as you are not of legal age to have a credit card...and I sincerely hope that whomever that was, understands that they are subjecting you to some serious potential risks by encouraging you to use diet pills of any kind. I'm really disappointed to see someone so young getting sucked in by the hype of this Acai Burn scam. Throw them away this instant, and take care of your body in a healthy (non-medicinal) way. If you need more energy, increase your Vitamin B intake. I wish you the best of luck, and encourage you to please stop using the Acai Burn pills.

Of course, this is just my opinion on the matter...

In shame, I will admit that I too ordered a bottle of these.  My brand said to take them thirty minutes before a meal, I think.  Probably breakfast.

However, as mentioned multiple times before, this is a scam.  And I'm sorry.  It really sucks that people capitalize so thoroughly on those who they know to be vulnerable, desperate and self-conscious.

The good news is that those diet pills sell like hotcakes on eBay.  So when you have like sixty unwanted bottles lying around, you can always sell them for about what you paid including shipping, maybe up to ten dollars more.

One scam that actually did sort of work (for me) was Hoodia.  It doesn't own up to ALL of its claims, but it certainly did help suppress my appetite safely.

To name an affective, scam-free (and actually safe) supplement, Fucoxanthin with Pinnothin has worked WONDERS for me.  It's completely natural - conjugated from seaweed and pine nuts.  For me, it really helps burn extra fat when I work out, while mildly suppressing appetite.  But it all has to do with which specific hormones and chemicals are running through your body at any given moment.

This industry do prey on the vulnerable.

It was already a scam, and now it's spam too!

Here are the steps to dealing with the pills.

• count out the pills
• divide in to equal portions
• throw them out
• spent more time outside see what sports you like, join a team maybe
• start working on your self esteem
• ENJOY BEING A KID

You are 13, quit messing with that crap. How did you get the money for those things anyway! I HOPE your parents didn't give it to you or worse bought that crap.
