I accomplished not eating chocolate just because it was there. I wasn't hungry and i told myself i did not need it :) It made me proud :)

I am back to orienteering. I completed a white course on Sunday 2.2K! Actually energized me for the rest of the day!

I ran for 20 minutes straight yesterday (without slowing down to a walk, like I normally do). I still feel giddy about it!
I worked out 6 days last week and didnt drink at all last week or this past weekend.
I bummed out Sunday and yesterday tho so time for me to get off my ass and keep it up!
Hi Kim........no great accomplishments to report. I just wanted to say how great it is that you participate in cross country. My daughter did all four years of highschool and it is a tough sport. She made great friends and was in such good shape. Have a great run this Friday and enjoy the team.
