Congrats, that's awesome and I hope you plan on rewarding yourself, thats always good for motivation!

I am at the same weight I was last year for my b-day (I was a yo-yoer) but I'm smaller then I was then because I'm working out more and more importantly eating healthy!!

well... i'm 20lbs less than this time last year... i've gone back to the gym and i enjoy it and i'm happier :)

i would like to accomplish more but i guess its imortant to be positive..

thanks :)

Nice work!!

In exactly 1 month I have lost 8 pounds which is 5% of my body weight gone :)

since 30 june I have lost 14 pounds and am now at target weight of 146 :)

Well, it will be along time before I can say I am not overweight, I can only dream about it.. congratulations!

I joined the YMCA 2 weeks ago and haven't missed a day since.  I'm burning 300 to 500 calories a day at the Y, and maybe golf 9 holes twice during a week for another 500 calories each round (walking now).  This about.com calorie counter site is tremendous, I have already tagged my favorite foods and activities so I can add them to every day's log.  I started 2 months ago at 264 pounds, now down to 246, and enjoying every minute of it!  Goal is 182 pounds, I think I can do this in under a year..

As of today I have 12.8 pounds to go until I can say that I am no longer 'overweight'. I have lost 58.8 pounds to get here and I am TOTALLY proud of that!

I would also have to say that, for the first time in my life I can look in the mirror and say "Damn girl! You look good!" That is a huge accomplishment!

1. Running 3 miles nonstop.

2. Lost 23 pounds( not enough though, I need to lose 30 more!)

  1. I have excercised every day since January with very few exceptions.
  2. Though the scale has a way of not budging for weeks and weeks on end, I have stuck with it and lost 19 pounds over the last 6 months.  One more pound and I'm halfway to my goal!
  3. I'm 9 pounds away from having a healthy BMI, something that hasn't happened since I was a teenager (after losing weight from being sick).

I have lost 37 lbs since Christmas :)

Thats 5 pants sizes - 2 shirt sizes (I will never wear a small shirt), nearly 12 inches off my hips and 10 off my waist and i have even lost 2 ring sizes.  Help me, help me,  I am shrinking........

Ohhh.... poor baby madamq, I'm so sorry you are shrinking.  Not!  Congratulations on sticking with it.
