Im 5 ft 1-2 (not sure), Weight 171 and have been steadily trying to loose weight for the past week. Ive been on the stationary bike for at least 30 minutes a day for the past three day and have been eating as healthy as possible.

Great to see it. We have been doing daily challenges and weekly personal goals, care to throw one out there. Currently working on 100 crunches for the week (by monday morning) would you like to start with that?
Can I join too? It's really motivating to be part of a same size group! I'm 32, 5'0". I love my 3" platform shoes! Right now I'm 107. Last summer my goal was 95, I got down to 97, and then gained back 10 pounds over the winter. Now my goal is 100 and then to maintain with healthy eating and exercise.

Whenever I convert food into how long I have to run on the treadmill, it discourages me from eating. So I'm trying to keep my daily caloric intake to 900 and jogging on the treadmill like a retarded mouse to burn 300 calories/day. It seriously takes me like 45 mins :(

Good for you for working out. I like running on the treadmill too.
I know you think 900 calories a day is enough, and maybe it is for a short awhile, but eating like that isn't enough to keep your body away from starvation. What'll happen is you'll wreck your metabolism and harm your overall health.
Be gentle on yourself; if you get to your goal through developing good habits it won't be so stressful!
I weighed myself today. I am down to 165.4. My starting weight was 186. My goal weight is 130. I am not one of those people that looks good really thin. I am built a lot more curvy than I am guessing most of you are. Those of you trying to get down under 100, just remember that muscles weigh more than fat. Don't get caught up in the number more the appearance! I am sure you all look great and I hope that one day I will be where you all are ie 5 pounds to go! :)
One more thing. This is for the run-down people "we've all been there". I think if you are too tired to do full bore activity the best thing to do is do what you can. My body kinda crashes once a week. What I do on that day is just walk at a moderate pace while I listen to uplifting music. It always makes me feel better and sleep better so I can hit the gym as hard as possible the next day. Walking is a really good exercise and it burns about 250 calories an hour. Good luck. Just remember, something is better than nothing.

Lowest Weight: 125 (years ago)
Current :137
GOAL: 115-120
Foutine: cardio 4-5 days/week-5 miles on the elliptical, 1hr on treadmill, or 1/2 hour on arc trainer...weights 3 days/week
Diet: i have to start from scratch b/c i just got diagnosed with an additional stomach problem so i can have no nuts or salad and have to have a low fiber diet. So basically that leaves me with cereal and chicken.
I need this because im losing hope i can reach my goal

This week, I am working out everyday (except Thursday when I have an interview) and drinking at least 3 liters of water per day. So far I have done good- worked out today and yesterday and done well with the water both days. Woohoo!

I did see the cardio challenge. I am totally up for it! That means 90 minutes of cardio tonight! You know you can just keep this thread open for all weigh-ins and cedit the original post? That's what some of the other challenges I am in do- the original poster (e.g. you) will just list everyone's names and change their weights after weigh in. It could take more work than you want, but it's an idea!
