How accurate is CC's grading?
Can anyone tell me if CC's grading is correct? Don't some of the grades seem unfair? A "C" for chicken or prawns? Really? Also, sometimes when I click on a food that says one grading, another grading will actually show up, normally a lower grade. Has anyone else had this happen? And does anyone know what some healthy sources of protein would be on here?
not very accurate but I never pay attention to it. Just judge food by what it says on the packaging (how much saturated fat, salt. etc) Most people know which foods are good and bad for you anyway.
I look at my overall grade for the day, not the grade for individual food items.

They give an F for the string cheese I love to eat as a snack with my apple. I tend to ignore it because I know I need dairy, and I love cheese.
Don't worry about the grades, they are irrelevant. Just check your carb-protein-fat percentages to make sure you are on the right track.
i always get A's. even when i expect a C or B.
The grading seems really dependent on salt content. I know that salt intake is a concern for many, but if you went solely by CC's grades, you could miss out on some pretty healthy foods (like cottage cheese). As long as you have a healthy variety of foods and watch the calories, you're probably fine
