acid coming up my throat?!

I've tried ignoring it but its starting to really bother me..I have had food come up like i was about to throw up and it tastes very acidic. Whats happening?

so ill watch out for spicy, salty stuff. Dont need to worry bt coffee cuz i hardly drink it and chocolate is not a problem cuz im lactose intolerant.
