Recipe Ingredients for Acorn squash meatloaf

2 Acorn Squash (halved & seeded)
1 tsp butter
1 tbs brown sugar
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
1 small grated carrot
1 serving Tomato Paste No Salt Added
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 egg
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs ketchup

Recipe Directions for Acorn squash meatloaf

  1. Cut a thin slice off the end of each squash half so it can stand up. Combine all ingredients in the meatloaf mixture. Put the butter and brown sugar in the bottom of each squash half, then fill with meatloaf mixture. Combine all ingredients in the topping, and spread over tops of meatloaf.
