Acorn Starch??

Hi all--

I'm just looking to see if anyone knows about acorn starch. There's a certain kind of Korean food made with just acorn starch and water. It forms a kind of wobbly brown jelly that is topped off with a pepper sauce mixture. It's one of my favorite foods. But I have no idea what the nutritional content is...Anyone?

There's an acorn flour in CC's database, maybe it's pretty close?

Isn't acorn starch kind of hard to make, you have to leach it and whatnot?

Ack, I feel silly. I found the package of acorn starch and it had the nutritional info. I didn't know it, but apparently my mom makes the dish at home. Thanks anywho.
