Am I active enough (to grow)?
Hi... I've been looking up what I need to do to make sure I grow tall, and most places I look say 'be active'. Other than just regular walking in school, I usually use an exercise bike for 15-30 minutes every night and do 5-10 minutes of various strength activites, plus some stretching. Is this enough to grow well? And how active would this be considered? (Lightly, moderately)
