I have been having some trouble determining how active I am in the Harris Benedict Equation.
They state Lightly active as Light exercise 1-3 times a week and sedentary as little or no exercise.

What active category would I fall into? I want to be able to select an option in CC instead of logging my exercise everyday to have a rough estimation since I am a busy person.
• I drive about an hour a day
• I work at a desk job 7 hours per day Monday- Friday
• I walk an hour every day at a brisk speed (3.5-4mph) (30 minutes at lunch and 30 minutes in the evening)
• I am often puttering around in the evening but also spend a few hours on the computer
• I dance at a moderate level for about 1.5 hours every Thursday plus another hour or so dispersed among other days of the week.
• I sleep 7-8 hours every night.
• I spend about 2 hours on Saturday cleaning my house and doing Laundry.
