How Active am I?

I have been having some trouble determining how active I am in the Harris Benedict Equation.

They state Lightly active as Light exercise 1-3 times a week and sedentary as little or no exercise.

What active category would I fall into? I want to be able to select an option in CC instead of logging my exercise everyday to have a rough estimation since I am a busy person.

• I drive about an hour a day

• I work at a desk job 7 hours per day Monday- Friday

• I walk an hour every day at a brisk speed (3.5-4mph) (30 minutes at lunch and 30 minutes in the evening)

• I am often puttering around in the evening but also spend a few hours on the computer

• I dance at a moderate level for about 1.5 hours every Thursday plus another hour or so dispersed among other days of the week.

• I sleep 7-8 hours every night.

• I spend about 2 hours on Saturday cleaning my house and doing Laundry.

That would be somewhere between light and moderate by my reading of it - light for the walking, moderate for the walking+dancing+household chores. On average, I think you'd be closer to moderate than light on most days, though you could set your level to light and just log the dancing if you feel like calling yourself moderately active would be pushing it a bit.
