It would be a big help if this system would somehow subtract the activity I've done for that day,from the calories I've eaten. for example: if I've over eaten 2200 cal. but walk 6 miles that day;(that's equal to 600 cal. burned) so that would be actually 1600 cal. that day. I think that should be added to the Analysis part of the site. Overall I'm enjoying the site.

Well, it doesn't make a lot of sense to do that - how much you burn through exercise gets added to your total amount burned - it doesn't change how much you've eaten.

The two numbers you need to be concerned with are how much you've burned by the end of the day (total estimate) and how much you've eaten.

I guess that the "Burn Meter" that I don't quite understand;because it tells me I'm burning calories when I'm not doing anything. So by the end of the day,I've eaten 1700 cal. and I've burned 2200? Then I've burned everything I've eaten,plus some. I should loose more weight, than I have. This doesn't makes sense. Thanks anyway for replying.

You do burn calories when you are not doing anything.  Your body burns calories pumping blood through your system, breathing, thinking, digesting food, and just living in general.  It's said that an small, sedentary woman burns ~1200 calories per day.  That's one of the reasons we are cautioned not to eat less than that. 

Also, it takes 3500 calories to equal a pound of fat. If you are eating 1700 and burning 2200/day, you'd have a deficit of 500 cal/day, or 3500 cal/week, and should lose a pound a week, which is very healthy weight loss.

If you aren't losing that fast, you are most likely underestimating your food or overestimating your burn, or just not waiting long enough (our bodies aren't machines, and there is more that goes into the number on the scale than just calories in, calories out - water, sodium, mentrual cycles, bathroom visits can all have an effect on your daily weight).
