I'm not sure what I should put in as my activity level for my settings. I do sit around most fo the day infront of a computer or at home. however I workout or I'm active every day of the week.

What should I put for my activity level?

This sounds like Light Activity to me.  :)

It depends entirely on how active your are "every day of the week".  Is it light activity, moderately intense, vigorous, etc.?

Edit:  For example, I spend 6 to 10 hours in my office in front of the computer 5 days a week but this time of year I also ride my bicycle 150 to 200 miles a week so I set my activity level on Very Active.  I change it in the late fall when I cut back on the riding.

So do you also log in your bike ride?  In other words, you have a Very Active base setting then add a bike ride to your daily activity?  That way you can eat more because you're Very Active + a long bike ride?

What about someone who sits in their office in front of a computer all day, but also does pretty hard workouts (pushing it to the max in spin class, once a week doing a longer bike ride [20+ miles], typically burning about 800 cals in a workout [per my HRM])?  I put Moderate Activity for that.  I figured 2 out of 3 of the items listed put me there.
