Sorry guys, but I'm having difficulty figuring out my activity level. At the moment, I jog 30 min every other day and on days I don't jog I try to go to the gym (stretching, weights, a little cardio) for 30-60 minutes. Most days I end up walking around my town anywhere from 20-60+ minutes. Also, 5 days a week I work as a retail store clerk so I am standing for about 6 hours. However, at home I am usually just sitting at the computer. So I'm not sure how I should classify my activity level. Any suggestions?

Put yourself in the light activity category and then log ONLY your workouts -- the actual "gym/jog" workouts. See where that places you and what kind of success you have. If you find you are losing weight too fast (really, it's NOT a good thing), then you may need to re-adjust.
