Hey I am also 5'7 but I am 165 pounds. Hmmm this is a hard one...in my opinion it's between light and moderate activity. By the way what is your goal weight?...mine is anywhere from 140-150 lbs depending on what looks good, I will be going by that weight.

i prefer to set my activity level at sedentary and then log all my activities. in my case that seems more accurate than setting a general activity level and not logging individual activities.

i do cardio and weights so my calories burned during exercise can vary between 250 and 650 calories a day. thats a pretty signicicant difference in my opinion and not anything i want to try to average.

hope that helps.

Hey there, am 5'7", 189 lbs and need to increase my activity level to lose about 30 lbs. Not sure which group can help me but am on my daily log am confused re: food account and activity account.  Daily add both to my daily log and want to check how many calories I've burned vs. food calorie intake but dont see any screen that compares the two...am I dense or is there no calories in vs. calorie out analysis? Thanks

I know...I really wish they would do that and keep a past log like we have for eating.  It would be nice to be able to look back a month or so ago.

I have been keeping a log on my desk for daily calories and burn to make sure I burn an excess of 7000/week.  It would be so much nicer to have that info on here.
