Activity Log/Burn Meter
Hi!
I was just wondering... and am a little confused.. how and what should I enter in my activity log..
I know to include my daily workout.. and I included my walk to the gym this morning.. but how do I account for my random movements? Like the odd walk around the office.. say to go to the washroom or on my lunch break.. or just walking around the home? Or should I even bother?.. Because it seems just so difficult to try and track that?
Any answers are really appreciated, or even suggestions as to how you account for it! Thanks!
Well, it depends on what you put for your activity level. The way I did it is I am not really sedentary. So, I use lightly active for my level and then only log my workouts. Nothing else because it is included in my activity level burn calculation. Hope that makes sense. I am sure someone will have a better explanation than me but at least I tried. :)
Well I estimate the stuff that I do that is not intentional like a workout or a walk would be. I search "cleaning house" and then pick the one that fits my needs and estimate the time I will spend doing it. But, if your logging your major efforts that should be significant.
It's time consuming to track every little thing.., good luck!
if you set it to sedentary its just logging how many calories your body is burning doing nothing but if you put it on the second one then that should count just the walking you do at the office or walking around the house or so. idk i explain things confusing
p.s. we have the same name. i think thats cool cuz i almost never find anyone with the same spelling as mine lol laterr
