I have been experimenting with my oatmeal at the moment.
I like to add spices like cinnnamon and cardamon, extract of vanilla or cherry flavouring. I have also tried flavoured tea bags or cocoa and splenda!
Oh and I sprinkle diet jelly crystals on my yogurt!
Anyone else add flavour without adding too many extra calories?

you are severely underweight and clearly suffering from anorexia. if you want tips on flavour but no cals then your best bet would be to go to a pro ana website. if you are not prepared to recover and eat actual food and actual calories - then im afraid you have no business posting on this site
Hi Loozy, I'm afraid Fidget is correct. At a BMI of 15, you are putting a huge amount of stress on your internal organs, your bones, your muscles, and especially your heart. I would say you need to find another doctor, preferably one who specializes in eating disorders, who can talk with you about a weight-gain program. Please listen. You are much closer to death than you realize.
You really shouldn't be counting calories.
I don't want to nag, but you're not healthy, and your approach to food is not healthy if you're looking for low calorie foods to eat.
Don't look at the calories. Just make sure what you're eating is nutritious and good for you. Like others have said, maybe a Doctor could help you understand this.
Honey is good on oatmeal. And can be quite good for you.
All the best.
Hello loozyloo
PLEASE do not take it the wrong way, but your picture looks scary.
As for your question. A strong flavored cheddar cheese, with some farmers cheese mixed in. Damn delicious! It also adds fat and protein.
