When to add??
When or how often do your increase your calories and by how much. I was thinking of increasing by 200 cals a week but i am really confused as to how many i should be putting it up by and how often.
Any advice would be appriceated. Thanks x
Hey, just wanted to say I have the same q, I increased from months of going on about 1050 to the past 2 days getting about 1250ish I think. I was thinking of staying here for a week and then going up 100ish but someone told me to up by 200 every 2-3 days, I really don't know and don't understand how to rate the increases since I find seeing the numbers to be a neg trigger so I am trying not to weigh myself. Also, I know at first I will probably gain a lot in my stomach but I'm thinking that that is something that I should push through, rt? lol, I dont know, thanks!

numbers are also a trigger for me too. Thats why my T has banned me from weighing myself more than once a week (on a monday, with my mum to monitor it)
