I have my settings on Sedentary, but am working fragrance retail the next few days, like today I worked 7 hours which included just walking around helping customers ect. Should I add this to my activity log or no?

I would say so. If they have an activity listed for shopping, I don't know why standing and walking while you're helping customers wouldn't count, too.
