I was trying to come up with some new ideas last night on what to add to my plain boring yogurt to make it more exciting and tasty. I bought some fresh strawberries, chopped them up, and it was ok.

Then I thought about pured (sp?) berries. I pulled out the blender, threw in a bunch of berries, and YUM!!! it was like a runny strawberry jam, with nothing added (no sugar, preservatives, etc). Added it to my yogurt, and it was delicious!! Also added some homemade granola, and I was in heaven.

What do you like to add to your yogurt?

fruit yogurt+strawberries+blueberries+cheerios --YUMMMMMM!!

Wheat Germ

Parfait!  layer:  fruit, yogurt, go lean crunch cereal, another layer of yogurt, fruit and cereal.  Yummmmm............

I love Kashi's Go Lean Crunch!!

I haven't tried plain yogurt yet, though i might have to after all the yummy suggestions on here.

I have 100 calorie weight watchers yogurt in the strawberry flavor and add 1/2 a cup of special k red berry cereal for a yummy 155 calorie snack!

I love adding a little honey bunches of outs with almonds to my yogurt. It gives it that granola like crunch without the granola calories.

Kashi golean crunch, protein powder, muesli, blueberries... some combo of those anyway.. :)

Lots of cinnamon!  Sometimes I'll add 1 tsp honey or mixed berries.  Or splenda brown sugar with strawberries.   I love plain yogurt.

Apples, asian pears, berries assorted fresh from local market!!!!!

Blackstrap Molasses and Madagascar vanilla; it tastes kind of like butter scotch without the butter.

Lately I've been using nonfat vanilla yogurt instead of skim milk in my Quaker Simple Harvest. I like it best with the Maple and Brown Sugar with Pecans, which sounds insanely decadent, but is actually really low in calories and high in fiber, and it takes about a minute in the microwave!
