lol congratulations, reading your post gets me so excited. i just started working out again. what exercises are you doing to get such definition? share the knowledge please : ) and great job.. i'm envious, but in a good way ; )
well, thanks!! i run 4x per week. 3miles each run. that helps a lot. then i do full body weights 4x per week. i do 4 differ. things for my arms/shoulders/back and i do 3sets of each. then i do the same thing w/my legs. i try to use machince/weights that work several small groups of muscles at one time. i do a lot of lunges and squats for legs as they work hammie/quads/glutes. i always change up my routine. i do all different kinds of machine each day but i consistently do lunges/squats but i add other leg workout too. i do my abs 5-6x per week..i do 200-300 differ types of crunches. i hope this helps but i just vary it up and i am pretty hard core. i dont putts around at the gym. i really get in there.
my pics were taking laast year on this site. i was about 102-103 there. i am now 110-112 but all muscle.

If you want to gain more muscle you need to give your body more recovery time so you can up the weights. Most people do this by alternating which muscles they target at the gym. So they don't have to give up gym days but instead only work certain muscles each time and then take 2 days off of pushing those muscles hard (other than legs as far as cardio goes).
