Adding Benefiber to your food and drinks?
I'm curious, has anyone tried this? How does it work? What do you put it in and how much? I'm curious to try it because I really seem to like the idea of adding more fiber to my everyday foods and drinks to 'bulk" em and make them more filling. Good idea or bad idea? Let me know! :-)

I put it in my crystal light I drink at work (because the plain water tastes a little funky here). I tried adding it to my oatmeal but the benefiber tended to be kind of gloppy. I don't know that it really makes them more filling but it does help keep things moving.
