Adding multi-vitamin, weight loss speeds up?
I'm a 25 year old female, 5'3", weighed 142 on July 1... Started CC again, and then suddenly I was on a plateau for the entire month of August, at 134 pounds.
I started taking a daily multi-vitamin (I know, I KNOW, I should have been taking one already anyway) in September, and suddenly the pounds are moving off again. I'm down to 130.3 this morning. Have any of you noticed that vitamins help speed along the loss? I wonder if my body was holding on to the weight because I was deficient in some vitamin. Hm. Anyway, perhaps it's just a fluke, and the plateau is over for some other reason -- but I just thought I'd share!
No. I think 4 lbs loss is within natural body fluctuations plus some weight loss, so I doubt its the vitamin. You just lost weight because of whatever else you are doing.
