Adding something that isn't in the food database

Quote  |  Reply

I have a store bought item that isn't in the food database.  I would like to add it to my Food Log but do not see how.  The recipe analyzer won't work because it was a prepackaged item.  I entered the item in the "suggest a food" section but didn't see how I could also add the food to my food log or even save it for the future.  Any ideas?

When you go to add something to your food log, click the button on the right - that opens up a box where you can type in the nutritional information from the label. Then you can fill in as much or as little information about the food as you have.

and then Tag it after that and it will save it in your tagged items for you to use again
