i am fourteen, 5'56", and ~125 lbs.  i am comfortable with my body, but unhappy with my stomach and core.  i have tried doing cardio, etc. to lose this belly fat but nothing seems to work.  i am a very healthy eater, too.  is it really never going to go away, or am i missing something here?

I suggest pilates.............it will tone you in all sorts of ways..............It works your core to the extreme!!!!!!!!!!
What kind of cardio and exercise have you put in? I've tried kickboxing and pilates and those both work effectively.

also, seeing as i'm a good weight as it is, would spot reducing work for me at all?

and would i take forever for me to reach my goals?

anyone have a time frame for me then?
Maybe try starting a sport of some type to get more active? Swimming is a really fun one (and its still summer), or tennis, or something like that...

Sports work a wide range on the body, so they are really good for getting into shape (and its more interesting then gym type workouts)
