Any Advice??
I just starting maintaining my weight and wanted to know if there's any lunch ideas that i could make at home so i can eat it for school and also any other foods to help maintain my weight. Also any surprises or unexpected things i should watch out for....

Anything you ate to lose weight is fine, you just many need to eat more of it.
leans meats on whole wheat bread is good, if you like that. Easy to take for lunch. I use mustard, not mayo too. A nice piece of fresh fruit and a bottle of water.
