Advice on my routine/lifestyle/diet plan
I use to be 189 I am now down to 128-130 depending on the day. So I have been doing a dumb bell routine which works the whole body every other day, medicine ball workout for "abs" (I'm finally getting 2 hahaha), I also walk 3 to 4 miles most days, among my normal activities like work. I just bought a punching bag, its a speed bag on a stand. I am confused as to when it would be best to do this. Should I do it on non weight days or would it be best to throw that in with the weight training days? I usually eat between 1,250 calories on non-workout days and 1,300- 1,400 on workout days. I'm 5'1" and 27 years old. Also, I make sure to get a good bit of protein, I really want some good looking muscles but not like "manly muscles".

You aren't going to gain muscle because you are eating at a deficit.
What is your dumbbell routine? I think the punching bag could be done whenever you have the time to do it, but if you chose to do it on a lifting day, do it after the lifting.
