Heyy guys i need to come up with about 6 minutes worth of a cardio workout to lead an aerobics class... any suggestions???

why 6 minutes?

 jump rope. run in place. boxing moves. depends on what type of class... are you an instructor? i'd assume there are resources out there.....

its for my aerobics class and i just have to lead one day... I was trying to take the easy way out haha... jump rope is a good idea tho thanks!!

You have an aerobics class that only lasts 6 minutes?  Why bother?

On the helpful side, jumping jacks, up downs

haha no me and my partner have to put together a 15 min routein... its a 30 min class... i still need ideas by 2 oclock today, i can't seem to find any online!!! please help if you have any good site's please send them too me... Thanks!
To clearify a bit more... I am taking this class as a 1 hr college credit, and this is my asignment... I'm not sure what my partner has planned but what if I:

Jump rope for 3 min...

How else can I incorporate the jump rope? because I really like that idea...

and i dont know what else... I just wanna minimize the looking stupid and clueless haha...
