What aerobic dvd's do you like?
I do about 10 different Billy Blanks tae bo workouts that I have on dvd and would like to try some new workouts. I tried "Yoga Booty Ballet" and didn't like that, because they don't teach you the steps, they just do it and hope you catch on.
Please post the different workout dvd's that you like and why. I want to find something that will give me a good workout.
I too have a bunch of Tae Bo DVDs, and to try something a little different, I went off of recommendations I read here on CC and tried Turbo Jam. I love it!
It's still a cardio kickboxing workout, but with different moves, some hip hop, and much more entertaining music.

I really like Billy Blanks, but it seems like we do the same exercises in all of the different dvd's. So, I have gotten bored with all of them.
I don't like aerobic videos really at all BUT...Turbo Jam is pretty good when it comes to cardio. Ladies, for a really unbelievably great workout at home, try the "Get Ripped" series by Jari Love. There are several in the series (Get Ripped to the Core, Get Ripped Slim & Lean, Get Ripped & Chisled, Get Ripped 1000) that I fell for. She's not silly or goofy or too perky. There are no weird steps to memorize. The videos explain the how and whys along with each different movement. Get ready to breathe hard and sweat!! I have muscles and strength now that I (or my husband) cannot believe and it is all thanks to Jari.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention any of "The Firm" workouts. I enjoy them all very much and the fact that the routines involve weights just makes it better for me. I just bought the toning ball workout and I am in love with it. As I watch the inches come off I'm having a blast at the same time.
I do many different Richard Simmons dvd and he has a great Tone and sweat that has really toned me on my weight loss of100 pds Iam sure he will help me dance off the next 80. I think I might try Billy Blanks to change things up
I like Denise Austin's Boot Camp workout. She can be cheesey with her, "you can do it" however, the workout is great. It's split 20 min. cardio; 20 min strength; 10 min stretch. If you do the cardio & strength together its an awesome workout. But you can also do it in smaller chunks if you don't have the time.
