getting As again!

Quote  |  Reply
I'm getting As again! Wooo! Before this new grading system, I got As, then it dropped to B+s or A- and now it's back up! Just thought I'd let everyone know, I think the nutrition grading system is a little more practical now. How is everyone else doing?

Gratz! :D
An A so far today... have been getting A-, B+ and B's which used to be almost all A's.  YAY!
I think the new system is great. It's actually been giving me somewhat lower grades than normal, but that's RIGHT because I always thought it graded me too high. But raisins are a B now instead of a C which is great for me :) I have to eat them because I have an iron deficiency and I'm terrible at remembering to take vitamins.
Great news sea,  there is nothing like Success to make more success.  :D
I've been dipping down terribly. I had a breakfast of weetbix (A) and added a cup of 'lite' milk which usually gets a B, but its been given a C, so I'm on a C+ grade! If I'd had water instead of milk, I'd be on an A, but I can tell you, that is NOT healthy. A C for a milk which is high protein, low fat, high calcium doesnt seem right to me, when skim milk powder gets an A. The sugar is apparently whats bringing it down. I know you shoudl wait until the end of the day for a rating, but I cant seem to get more than a B, when I was averaging A's, despite my levels being perfect, if not a little low on the fat. I'll get used to it

i dont know how accurate the grading system can be, for example you can eat fruits all day, and still be given an overall grade of A, but really that's not how you should be eating.

i also noticed granola type bars that contain a lot of sugar is graded as A, i try not anything thats in a package or processed foods, so i was surprised when i saw that a quaker oatmeal bar (20g of sugar!!!) was an A

i use calorie counter just for counting calories, i wouldnt focus too much on the grade
