At it again...for the 400 gazillion time!!

Ok folks here we go AGAIN!!!! I think I am through my mental block that was keeping me from doing what my mind knows needs to be done...so here I go...anyone that wants to get behind me and push, please jump in...I am going to need all of the help and support I can get...I don't have anyone near me to help so I am going to lean on my CC family to get me healthier than I am now...

starting 2 1/2 yrs ago 228lbs....today 178lbs..goal 140!!!!

Good for you!  We soung like twins because I started out at 230lbs, went down to 178, stayed that way for 2 years, and am back at it again, now sitting at 146 with a goal of 125!

Thank you Meow...so how long has it taken you to get to 146?? I would love to be there...I just can't find it to motivate myself..I know it is all in the mind...but my body is just tired..my mind is exhausted.....

I'm right there with you! I lost about 50 lbs. 6 months ago, then 30(!!!!!) crept back on. Now I need to knock that off. I really really need motivaton because at night, I have no access to TVs or computers and I'm too tired from work and class to work out, so I tend to just sit and eat. Ugh! I HAVE to do this!
