weight: 99-100 p

cals/day: 1200 (before, stupid me!) 1400 now

cals burn/day: 1400-1500

result: while eating 1200 managed to loose 3 punds and i was trying to mantain and didn't trust the burn meter. this week : M 1200, T 1400, W 1800,T 1200,F 1900(oops). let's see what happens if i go to 1400/day weekly average

weight: started at 74 kg

cals/day: 1441

cals burn/day: 1900 - 2400

Result: haven't had a look yet thought I would do week by week weigh ins so tomorrow I weigh and see if I lost!!
