All these age threads and my age never came up.  Waaahhh!  lol  I figured I'd start a thread for this age group.  :)

I'll join.....I'm 40!.....:)
I'm 38 and new to the site..Count me in!
I'm 36 soon to be 37.
Can I join - it will save me joining the one for the 24-35 year olds and having to leave it in June when I turn *gasp* 36?
Woot!!!  I'm 45 soon to be 46.
Me too...40 and counting.  What's our first topic?  I find that the topics of most interest get more and more personal and humbling as I gracefully progress through my personal chronology.  Anyone else have issues to commend to the guardian angels that they didn't have (or notice!) 10 years and 3,650 days of gravity ago?
I find that my appreciation for my son has grown ten-fold.  I have enjoyed each age he has been, but have now had the grace of having seen him be "the adult" in several situations (he's 23).  It's been a sight to see.  He is doing well.
I'm not too upset yet about turning 40 this year - notice I say yet.  The only other choice is not to grow older by being dead and I have no desire for that!

I have noticed that...it seems to be time for glasses.
I feel ya sista!!! 45 this year...yeesh!!
I will be 45 in June.  I now need bifocals.  I hate getting old.
I'm afraid I might need glasses as well.  Reading small print is difficult, and then, after I look up from that, everything is blurry!  Eep!
No need for glasses yet for me - I however am nearsighted in one eye and farsighted in the other and have absolutely no depth perception.

My world is so flat.
Hi Folks

I just qualify as I was 36 yesterday

(gah, think that's the first time I've admitted it!!)

How we doing?
KC
~Happy Birthday KC~
I'm 41. Yep I belong here too.
Happy birthday from me too!
I'm 45.  I've noticed that it's much better to face a fear than try to run from it -- but often they're so hard to see...
Happy Birthday KC!!!!  WooT!!!  Welcome to your mid-life crisis!  ;)  jk
Now why do you all act like you're SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OLD (well SOME of you, not all)??? I'm 36, about to be 37, but I FEEL 18 and I don't look much older than that either -- I was going to say I don't look older than 25 but have you seen the 25-year-olds these days? All that tanning and partying -- SHEESH! I totally feel YOUNG. I am PROUD to tell people my age and I look forward to getting older. My mother always says a woman looks most beautiful in her 40s! I'm going with that. Just ENJOY your age because you're only getting older. Dread 40? Well, 50's coming after that,  you know! :P
Alayney,

I totally agree with you.  When I turned 40 I saw it as a milestone.  I think 30 bothered me more than 40 (for some reason) maybe I was more immature then.

I'm also proud to tell people my age......:)
