LOL I do that all the time at my job.  You could go to the bathroom if there is one near, but my favorite thing to do is walk around in other peoples areas and crop dust.  They won't know it's you, and your area won't smell.

Bean'o is some good stuff.  Febreeze works great, or an air sanitizer.

I totally feel your pain.

LOL its normal...you can try beano...

aaah! this happens to me too! all the time and it's really embarrassing. I've tried figuring out if it's specific kinds of foods but I haven't found a pattern yet. I've been going to the bathroom fairly regularly, though today I was a little backed up so it was really bad today and I was in class and couldn't do anything about it, and I can't really  hold it in either because it's like you said, it comes out little by little. uggh so gross!

I've never tried beano, I had been taking rolaids plus which helped a little, but then would constipate me even more and it was just a bad cycle. Sorry I don't really have much advice, but hopefully someone else will!

FLAT-D. It's a product spcifically for this sort of problem. Just google it & check it out.

I pretend like it isn't me/ blame it on someone else/ run.

Profit share ( let it go and drag it through a crowd of people HAHA) There is only one situation where they will know it is you: If you are the only one on the elevator and you let one slide, if the elevator stops and someone gets on you may be framed. Seriously tho, I have had a similar issue lately especially if i eat avocado. I would just learn to laugh about it, I think it comes with gaining weight

lmfao @ crop dusting

Haha..ugh, I've been having this problem too, along with feeling really bloated and sometimes getting constipated (yeah, ew) lol.  I think I'm at a healthy weight now though, so hopefully these problems will lessen as I maintain..

CROP DUST OMG LOL

I got an email once about pooping etiquette at work.  It was so funny.  It had crop dusting on there so in propper etiquette I do it.  LOL  I'll have to find it and post it on here.

Keep an eye on the types of food you're eating because some are more 'wind generating' than others.  The brassica family.... cabbage, broccoli, sprouts, cauliflower... are legend.  Beans ditto.  Raw vegetables take a lot more digesting than cooked ones.  Some people find refined carbohydrates (white bread, white rice) and artificial sweetners lead to bloating and excess gas.  Obviously you'd steer clear of carbonated drinks entirely.  Keep a mental note of whether the symptoms are better or worse depending on your food choices... you may be able to spot the worst offenders and swap them for other foods.

Another tip... Eat slowly and chew your food thoroughly so that your digestion isn't working overtime to break the food down and creating a lot of gas in the process.  Sip water (not ice-cold) as you eat... sit down to eat... take your time.... eat with others if you can.   Gulping foods or drinks too quickly introduces too much air into the gut and that doesn't help with flatulism.   Finally... if it carries on, talk to your doctor.  I know farting is a joke but if any medical condition becomes chronic or starts to impact negatively on your life then you could probably use some professional advice.
